From the South
Take Exit 48 Portland/Westbrook off the Maine Turnpike. Bear right at the toll booth (following signs to North Windham) and proceed 1.5 miles to the third traffic light. Turn left onto Rt. 302 west for 11 miles to North Windham. BE CAREFUL at the rotary to stay on Rt. 302 (2nd exit or half way through the rotary.) See instructions below from North Windham. From the North
Take Exit 63-Gray off the Maine Turnpike (95) and turn left onto Rts. 202 and 115 (west). After four miles, be sure to bear right at the "T" intersection and proceed into North Windham center. Route 115 ends at the Rt. 302 intersection. See instructions below from North Windham.
YMCA - PORTLAND (70 FOREST AVE PORTLAND MAINE)
95 NORTH MERGE ONTO I-295 VIA EXIT 44. TAKE EXIT 6A (ME-100 S/FOREST AVE). TURN RIGHT ONTO FOREST AVE. END AT 70 FOREST AVE PORTLAND ME
UNE - Biddeford
Take Exit 32 from the Maine Turnpike. Take a left at first traffic light. Stay in right lane until the intersection of Rt 1. Go left onto Rt. 1 take an immediate right onto Rt. 111. Continue until next traffic light, turn Right onto Route 9/208, follow 4 miles, UNE entrance is on the left. Gym is approx. 1/2 mile on the left.
UNE Westbrook College Campus (Portland)
From Int. 295 take Exit 6B. Follow Forest Ave until you reach your 7th light, Junction of Rte #9. (1.65 miles from exit) Turn left onto Rt. 9 west. At intersection of Rt. 9 and Stevens Ave turn right. Westbrook College (UNE) .1 miles on your left.
Saco Middle School
Maine Turnpike take Exit 36. Saco/Old Orchard Beach. After going through toll, take first exit - Industrial Park. At first light take a left. You will travel a short distance and come to another light, take a right at this light. Travel approximately 1.0 mile (passing the Howard Sports complex) and the Saco Middle School will be on your left.
Riverton Community Center
From Interstate 295 take exit 6B, and follow Forest Ave. At the 7th light, bear right and continue on Forest Ave. You will pass a McDonalds on your left - a Subway on your right - stay straight on Forest Ave. Riverton Community Center will be approximately two miles on your left, across the street from the Big Apple gas station.
Saco Community Center
Maine Turnpike take Exit 36. Saco/Old Orchard Beach. After going through toll, take first exit - Industrial Park. At first light take a left, next light take a left. Travel short distance go past school and fields, take a right onto Franklin St. The Community Center will be on your left, less then 1/2 mile.
Waynflete High School
From the north or the south, take I-295 to Exit 6A (Forest Ave. South) Follow signs for Rte. 77 South. Continue on Rte. 77 So. (State St.) for 0.7 miles. Take a right onto Spring St at Mercy Hospital. Proceed 0.4 miles (5 blocks) to Waynflete. The Waynflete Gym is loacted at 360 Spring St. behind Thomas House.
Parish Hall - Biddeford
Travelling South on Route 1, take a sharp left onto Center Street. Take a right onto Green Street. Parish Hall is 311 Green Street, at the corner of South Street and Green. Please be sure to park legally!
USM Sullivan Gymnasium - Portland
From the Maine turnpike traveling North from Kittery , take Exit 45 (Maine Mall Road/South Portland) (formerly Exit 7). Proceed though the former toll plaza and take the 2nd exit (295- Portland) and take Exit 6B to Forest Avenue. At the first traffic light turn left on to Bedford Street. Academic and administrative buildings will be on your left.
Southern Maine Community College:
Take exit 45 off of Maine Turnpike. After you go through the toll, continue straight for 1.8 miles until you reach a light. Turn Left on to Rt. 1 at 4th light, you will see a Dairy Queen on left, bear right onto Broadway St. Continue on this street at 5th light. (Immediately after South Portland Police Station) Turn Right at this light follow straight - you will pass South Portland Boys club on your left. To get to SMTC continue to a four way stop. (Spring Point Marina is straight ahead) turn right to next intersection where gym is to the right. Parking lot is behind gym. 6.5 miles from toll booth.
(From Maine Turnpike) Take Exit 52 - After toll follow straight until you reach Exit 15A Rt. 1 South. Follow through 1 light, continue straight on this road. Portland Athletic Club is right after
People's Heritage Bank. 2.2 miles from toll booth.
(From Int. 295)- North Bound - Take Exit #9 to Rt. 1 north. Follow straight from ramp 2.5 miles P.A.C. is on your left. South Bound - Follow south to exit 10 then to Rt. 1. Turn right at light. Follow Rt. 1 south. P.A.C. is on your right just after Peoples Heritage Bank.
From Int. 295 take Exit 6B. Follow Forest Ave until you reach your 7th light, Junction of Rte #9. (1.65 miles from exit) Turn left onto Rt. 9 west. At intersection of Rt. 9 and Stevens Ave turn left onto Stevens Avenue. Lincoln Middle School will be on your right approx. half a mile up the road. To get to the gym entrance turn right onto Brentwood St. and turn right onto Leland St. - back parking lot to the gym.
Take Exit 53 off of Maine Turnpike - Turn Left at Light proceed 1 mile to second light - turn right onto Falmouth Rd - When Road forks stay to the left - Travel down this road until stop sign - you will be 4.3 miles from toll booth - Take left onto Rt. 9 - Travel 1.1 miles you will go straight through a light (for Middle School turn R at the light on Tuttle Rd and 1/4 mi. down on the Left) - Greely High School is on the Right - 5.6 miles from Toll Booth.
From South Take Exit 48 off of Maine Turnpike - Go Straight through light - at next light go Right, sign will say Rt. 25 Business - travel .8 miles after turn - road will bear left stay straight under green sign that says Windham - follow that road (hilly road) approx. 6 miles till you come to a stop light (you will be 7.1 miles from the toll) - turn right onto Rt. 202 - Travel 3 miles and you will see Windham High School and Middle School on your left - Go by the schools .2 miles and at blinking light turn left - go another .15 miles and turn left into parking lot (10.4 miles from Toll) Stay to the left of Building around to the back is parking and gym entrance.
From North - Take exit 63 off of the Maine Turnpike. Take a Left at first light. Travel approximately 6-7 miles until you come to a big rotary. Continue into the rotary take second right off of the rotary. Rt. 202. Travel approx. 1 mile down Route 202 at first blinking light take a right. Go another .15 miles and turn left into parking lot . Stay to the left of Building around to the back is parking and gym entrance.
Same directions as Windham Middle School except after turn in parking lot, Stay to the right of the Building. You will see the Gym on your Left, Use Side entrance.
Take exit 45 off of the Maine Turnpike. After you go through the toll, continue straight for 1.8 miles until you reach a light. Turn Left on to Rt. 1. At First light, (almost immediately after turn) Take a Left - Go Sponsorship. 1/2 mile Take a right onto Wescott St. Memorial M.S. will be on your right.
Take exit 63 off of the Maine Turnpike. At Light turn right. At next light turn Left - Rt. 100 North stay on this road for 4 miles.You will see a Blue Sign directing you to Eastgate. You will bear right onto Gloucester Hill Rd. Stay on this road for Sponsorship. 2 miles. You will go through an intersection, the road changes to Cobbs Bridge Rd. Travel 3/10 of a mile, Eastgate will be on your left. Gym entrance is around to the back of the building.
Gray-New Gloucester High School:
Traveling North/South on ME Turnpike: Take exit 63 for US-202/ME-115/ME-4 toward ME-26/Gray/New Gloucester; Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Gray-Yarmouth/Poland Spring/Norway-So. Paris/Bethel and merge onto W Gray Rd/ME-115/ME-4/US-202; continue to follow ME-4/US-202;Turn left at ME-26/Shaker Rd;Turn left at Libby Hill Rd
High School: The High School will be on your right. Take your first Right after pulling in as the Gym Entrance is around to the back of the school.
Middle School: Passing High School on your right, the Middle School is straight ahead on your left.

Take exit 45 off of the Maine Turnpike - Go through Toll Booth and take the Scarborough - Old Orchard Exit - This will take you to Rt. 1. Continue on Rt. 1 until you pass a McDonalds on your right. At next light (major intersection) Turn Right - Scarborough High School will be on your left - Take Driveway to the back of the Building.
From South: Off of Int. 95 Take Rt 236 from Kittery, York, Eliot to Rt 9 om Berwick. Take a right at the lights in Berwick (Cumberland Farms will be on your right) Travel 3 miles on Rt. 9. The new Noble High School will be on your left. There is no sign out on the Maine Road, but you will come to bus turning signals. Take a left into Noble High School you cannot see the new school from the road.
From North: Maine Turnpike to exit 2 (Wells, Sanford) Turn right onto Rt. 109. Go about 1 mile and turn left onto Rt. 9. Follow Rt. 9 for about 6 miles to traffic light. Turn left at traffic light (still Rt. 9) and follow for about 1/2 mile. (N. Berwick) At the flashing light turn right (still Rt. 9) and go 1.8 miles. New School will be on your right off of Rt. 9. You cannot see the school from the road, but you will see bus turning signals.
From South: I-95 Maine Turnpike to Exit 32, Biddeford. Left after toll booth onto route 111. Go about 1 mile and turn left onto May Street (after the light at Five Points Shopping Center). Go to end of May Street and turn left onto South Street. Go over RR overpass and take next right onto Maplewood Avenue. Steve White Gym is at the first driveway into the school. Tiger gym is down the hill at the other end of the school (park in the lot on the right and walk between the buildings to enter Tiger gym).
From North: Maine Turnpike to Exit 36 - Go through Toll and proceed to Exit 2A (1 mile from toll) Bottom of Ramp Turn Right at 4th Stop Light (after turning) Bear to the right (2.0 miles from toll) Proceed through 3 Lights at 4th Light turn right onto Main St. (3.0 miles from toll) Go 6/10ths of a mile and turn Left onto Maplewood Avenue. Parking Lot on the Left - Tiger gym is across the road on your right. (walkway to gym next to "No Thru Traffic" sign) Steve White Gym is up the hill on your right - Last Building -(Driveway on your right just past building)
From Int. 295 take Exit 6B. Follow Forest Ave until you reach your 7th light, Junction of Rte #9. (1.65 miles from exit) Turn left onto Rt. 9 west. At intersection of Rt. 9 and Stevens Ave turn Left onto Stevens Avenue . Deering High School will be about 1/2 mile on your right. Just after the High School turn right onto Ludlow St. and the gym parking lot is your first right.
Maine Turnpike take exit 42. From Toll Booth take a left. Follow that road until 2nd Light - There will be a Shaw's Supermarket on your Right. At this light take a Left. Follow this road (Sponsorship. 3-4 miles) through a blinking light and another light. At the third light the road ends and you must turn. Turn Left at this light. At next light (less then 1/2 mile) turn right. Follow this road for Sponsorship. 2 miles. There will be several side streets as you approach town. Turn Left onto Morrill Ave. Turn right at second road and entrance to the gym is around back.
Southern Maine SportsZone Maine Turnpike take Exit 36. Saco/Old Orchard Beach. After going through toll, take first exit - Industrial Park. At first light take a left. You will travel a short distance and come to another light, take a right at this light. Howard's Sports Complex will be on your left no more then 3 tenths of a mile after turn.
Old Orchard Beach High School:
From Maine Turnpike take Exit 36 (Saco) go 2.3 miles to a small rotary. Bear left ( 7-Eleven should be on your right ). Go 1 mile till you get to a light (Fire Station is on this corner) turn left and go 1/8 mile. School is on the right. If coming from Rte 1 (Main Street, Saco) turn at VIP Auto Parts going towards Old Orchard. This will take you to the same rotary as above.
Old Orchard Beach Middle School
From Maine Turnpike take Exit 36 (Saco) go 2.3 miles to a small rotary. Bear left ( 7-Eleven should be on your right ). Go 1 mile till you get to a light (Fire Station is on this corner), the Middle School will be on your left (Loranger Middle School).
Take exit 45 off of Maine Turnpike After you go through the toll, continue straight for 1.8 miles until you reach a light. Turn Left on to Rt. 1 at 4th light, you will see a Dairy Queen on left, bear right onto Broadway St. continue to your second Light, bear right at this light (Amato's will now be on your left) South Portland High School will be on your left about 1/2 mile up the road.
From South: Take Maine Turnpike North to exit 44 (Rt. 295, Portland). Take 295 North to exit 6B (Forest Ave./West on Rt. 302) At the seventh traffic light, turn left onto Walton St. At the end of Walton St., the high school will be on the left.
From North: Take Maine Turnpike south to exit 53 (Portland North) Turn right at end of exit onto Auburn St. Take right at Dunkin’Donuts intersection straight to next intersection. Bear left onto Forest Avenue. Continue on Forest to next light. Turn Rt onto Walton Street and continue to end of street. McAuley is on the left. Parking lot in rear of building.
From I-295, take exit 7- Franklin Street exit. Once off the ramp, continue through 2 sets of traffic light. At the third traffic light, turn right onto Cumberland Avenue. Portland High School is approximately 3/4 mile down on the left hand side.
From the Maine Turnpike North, take exit 52- Falmouth. After the toll booth, take the Falmouth-Rte 1 South exit. At the 1st traffic light, take a right and follow signs to I-295 South. Follow the directions above.
From the Maine Turnpike South, take exit 44, follow signs and directions to I-295 North.
Waterville Boy's & Girls Club (Alfond Center):
From South take Exit 130 (Waterville). At end of off ramp take right. Proceed past shopping center and McDonalds and at next light take right onto Eustis Parkway. At end of Eustis take left onto North St. Alfond will be 1/4 mile on right.
From North take same exit but turn left and follow directions above.
From South take Exit 127 (Waterville/Oakland). End of off ramp take right. Go to 5th stop light and take left onto Cool St.(House of Pancakes will be on corner). Go to end of Cool St. and take a left and then a quick right onto Messalonskee Ave., H.S will be 1/8 mile on left.
From North take same exit but turn left and follow directions above
From South take Exit 127 (Waterville/Oakland). End of ramp take right. Proceed through 5 lights(approx. 2 miles) after House of Pancakes take right onto West River Rd. School is 2 miles down on left.
From North take same exit but turn left at follow directions above.
From South take Exit 133 (Fairfield/Skowhegan). Take right off ramp onto Route201. Go approx 5 miles and school will be on left.
From North take same exit but turn left off ramp.
From South take Exit 133 (Waterville /Oakland). Take right off ramp and at 6th stop light take right(will cross mini bridge before turn). Go across Carter Bridge and at first stop light take left. Go through three lights in town Winslow and proceed past football field on right and school will be 1/4 mile on left. Sits back off road.
From North take same exit but turn left off ramp and follow directions above.
From South: Take Exit 127. Take left off ramp, proceed approx. 2 miles to bottom of the hill, keep straight through light (keep Mobil Gas Station on left) schools will be 1/2 mile on right.
From North: Same directions as above, except take right off ramp.
From South: Take Exit 127. Take right off ramp, proceed approx 2-3 miles take right onto West River Rd. (turn is just before bridge), School is approx. 2 miles on left.
From North: Same directions as above, except take left off ramp.
From South: Take Exit 130. Turn right off ramp, proceed through 2 sets of light, go past shopping center, McDonalds and other Eateries, at third set of lights (next to church) take right onto Eustis Parkway, continue till end and turn left onto North St. about 1 mile turn right onto West. St. School is at bottom of hill on right.
From North: Same directions as above, except take left off ramp.
Redbank complex (MacArthur circle):
From North or South Exit 7. After you leave the toll booth,there will be signs giving you several options for this area.Take the marked Broadway/South Portland. As you come to the end of this exit, turn right (it is a continuation of the curve you've been on.)Follow Broadway all the way to the light. At the light turn left onto Westbrook Street. Go through the first light. Pape Chevrolet,Dexter Shoe and Yankee custom will be on your right. Just before the traffic light,turn right. Take 2nd Left (there will be a sign for Redbank Village Apts.)Proceed to STOP sign.You may turn either left or right onto MacArthur Circle. The Complex is located at the back of the circle.Parking near Complex.
From North 295 Take exit 3 (Westbrook Street/Airport) Proceed toward traffic light. Pape Chevrolet ,Dexter Shoe Yankee Custom will be on your right.Just before the traffic light,turn right. Take 2nd left (there will be a sign for Redbank Village Apts.)Proceed to STop sign.You may turn either left or right onto MacArthur Circle. The Complex is Located at the back of the circle. Parking is in the back.

From the North - Take I-95 towards Gardiner, keep right at Exit 103 onto I-295. Take the Bucknam Rd exit 10 towards Falmouth. Turn right on to Bucknam Rd. Go .2 miles and turn left onto ME-9/Middle Rd, take almost immediate right onto Falmouth Rd. Go 2.3 miles and turn right onto Woodville Rd. end .5 miles at Falmouth Middle School.
